![]() The highly polished case: I already accidentally nicked the side of the bezel just under the 6 o clock position when I was being careless exiting an elevator (doh! o|). On the other hand, it makes the watch extremely easy to read (see photos).ģ. The anti-reflective coating: Give the watch a bit of a 'dark blue' color instead of black when viewed from an angle. However the polished Arabic numerals make it useable but not optimal for low-light viewing.Ģ. Lack of lume - makes it somewhat difficult to read at night (I was aware of this when purchasing it). The accuracy has been fantastic with the watch being only +3 seconds for the past 2 days so nothing to complain about there.ġ. The only downside is the lack of a fine adjustment (which was not an issue for me but I could see how it might for another). The bracelet is thin and comfortable to wear. I have relatively small wrists (around 7.25'') so this watch is a good size for me at 39mm. The 'flinque' finish on the dial adds another layer of depth that many of the other Carreras were lacking IMO.Īs far as how the watch feels on the wrist, it has been fantastic. In addition, I like the look of the small seconds on the face of the watch. the other Carrera models were the Arabic numerals on the face versus the more modern matchstick markers for the hours. The main reason I was attracted to this watch vs. I wanted to wait after a few days of wearing it before i passed any judgement on the watch. I bought a TAG Heuer Carrera Heritage Calibre 6 b-) I finally took the dive and made a purchase this past week. I have been a long time snooper on this forum.
